01 Overview

Nfinity Digital LLC ("Nfinity Digital," "we," "us," or "our") provides a growth system for home care agencies — websites, paid media, a white-labeled CRM, and AI-powered follow-up. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit nfinitydigital.com, request an audit, become a client, or interact with services we operate on a client's behalf.

By using our website or services you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

Plain English We collect what we need to run your funnel and follow up with families fast — nothing more. We don't sell your data, and we don't sell the data of families who fill out your forms.

02 Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Audit requests & contact forms — name, job title, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • Client onboarding — business details, billing contact, brand assets, ad account access, CRM credentials, and call-routing preferences.
  • Communications — emails, text messages, calls, and chat sessions you send to us.
  • Payment information — billing name, address, and last four digits of a payment method (full card details are handled by our payment processor; we don't store them).

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on page.
  • Session activity — clicks, scroll depth, form interactions, and (when enabled) session recordings via Hotjar.
  • Cookies & pixels — see Section 07.

Information we receive on behalf of clients

When we run a client's website, ads, and CRM, we receive information that families and prospective caregivers submit to that client — typically name, contact details, location, the type of care they're looking for, and any free-text notes. In that flow our client is the controller of the data; we act as their service provider/processor.

03 How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services — including building websites, running ad campaigns, qualifying leads, and booking intakes.
  • Respond to audit requests and other inquiries.
  • Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, account notifications, billing).
  • Send marketing communications about Nfinity Digital — you can opt out at any time (see Section 08).
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other unlawful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Our legal bases for processing (where applicable) are: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, your consent (for example, opt-in marketing or session replay), and compliance with law.

04 How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the categories of recipients below, and only as needed.

Service providers we use to operate

  • CRM platform — used to store leads, conversations, and pipeline data on behalf of clients.
  • SMS / voice provider (Twilio) — used to send and receive text messages and route calls.
  • Email provider — used to deliver transactional and marketing email.
  • Calendar / scheduling (Calendly, Google Calendar) — used to book intake appointments.
  • Payment processor (Stripe) — used to bill clients.
  • AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) — used to draft and qualify replies to leads. See Section 05.
  • Analytics & advertising platforms — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and Hotjar. See Section 07.

Clients

When you submit information through a website or form we operate on behalf of a home care agency, we share that information with the agency so they can serve you.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Legal & safety

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it's required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nfinity Digital, our clients, or others.

05 AI & automated messaging

Our services include AI-assisted follow-up. When a lead submits a form, calls, or texts an agency we work with, an AI model may draft or send replies on the agency's behalf. The model is configured to identify itself if asked and to hand off to a human coordinator when a conversation needs nuance.

To operate, we may send the content of a lead's message and limited context (name, inquiry type, prior replies) to third-party large-language-model providers — for example, OpenAI or Anthropic. We instruct those providers not to use the content to train their general models. We don't send payment information or government identifiers to LLM providers.

Outbound SMS is sent only to phone numbers that have provided consent, and includes opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). STOP requests are honored immediately.

06 HIPAA & protected health information

Nfinity Digital is not a covered entity. For clients whose services involve protected health information ("PHI") under HIPAA, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") and configure the relevant parts of our stack to support that BAA — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and BAA-backed subprocessors where required.

If you have not signed a BAA with us, please do not transmit PHI through our website, support channels, or unsecured email. General contact information (name, phone, email) and the fact that someone is inquiring about care are not, by themselves, PHI.

07 Cookies & tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and run advertising. The third parties we currently use include:

  • Google Analytics — aggregated traffic and behavior analytics.
  • Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion tracking and audience building on Meta platforms.
  • Hotjar — heatmaps and session recording. Recordings exclude form input values and anything we've marked sensitive.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain advertising cookies at optout.aboutads.info or via the Meta and Google ad preferences pages. If a Global Privacy Control signal is detected, we treat it as a request to opt out of "sale" and "share" as those terms are defined under applicable US state laws.

08 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (e.g. California, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, the EEA/UK), you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any message).
  • Opt out of SMS (reply STOP to any message).
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
  • Appeal a decision we make about your rights request.

To exercise any of these rights, email arham@nfinitydigital.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you're submitting a request on behalf of someone else (an authorized agent), we'll ask for written authorization.

If we operate a website or CRM on behalf of a home care agency and your request relates to data that agency controls, we'll forward your request to them and assist them in responding.

09 Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive stores, role-based access control, audit logging, and least-privilege access to third-party platforms.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

10 Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Audit-request data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archive window (typically 12 months) for billing, audit, and dispute resolution. Lead/contact data that we hold on behalf of a client is retained, deleted, or returned according to that client's instructions.

11 Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12 International users

Nfinity Digital is based in the United States and our services are operated in the US. If you access the services from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll provide additional notice (for example, an email to active clients or a banner on the site). Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
